I mixed the Buratto @ 50/50 with Organic Strong White and 70% hydration , for me the flavour of this flour mix lifts an already great loaf to the next level.
This is now my go to Saturday bread.

“I love Marino organic Buratto. If you are into pizza baking that’s the flour it will give you the best results. In top of that it’s organic, stone milled and type 2 which it means that you will still enjoy most of the nutrients. I use some Marino semola flour to fold the dough before proofing and for stretching/layout on the baking tin.”
