“I find that I need to use more of this yeast than the normal dried yeast I use. It would be useful if there was some guidance/comment available as to the amount of this yeast to use for different breads.”

“This works just fine in my panasonic bread maker. Just use as normal. So far it's pushed up French, sandwich, wholewheat, basic, granary and 100% rye loaves.
Smells wonderful when it's baking and gives a lovely scented loaf.
Much better than a certain yeast that I (used) to buy in tins at the supermarket.
