“This is a very reliable dried yeast that works great in my Panasonic bread machine. I just pre-activate it in warm water with some honey. Bread made using it tastes very nice. I also use it for Pizza dough that gets cooked in my Ooni.”
“This is my all-time yeast now. Really happy with the brand. It has never let me down. You do have to activate with water but don't let that put you off as that is really a bonus. You can see that it is working well before you bake with it.
