“I don’t own scales that weigh small quantities so I’ve used table spoon measures I’ve worked out for myself and I’m very happy with the result. Reminds me of when I began making bread 55 years ago when you could only buy fresh or dried yeast in shops. It’s great to see the froth even before you put it in the flour.”
