Bye bye baking paper a quick oiling with melted vegetarian lard and a dusting of flour and in went my dough
Perfection on completion of baking the loaves simply fell out no bits of paper sticking to the loaf
If the tins are as good as my other non stick sponge tins bun tins etc then I can look forward to many years of baking with them
The size and shape is perfect for my recipe something I have never been able to find in a non stick finish

“I bought this deep-sided loaf tin for my loaves to look more like shop-bought ones so that slices would easily fit in my toaster. The size is perfect. I’ve recently started baking loaves in a Dutch Oven ( deep sided oven proof casserole dish with lid) to give the loaf a crunchy top. If you haven’t tried it it’s well worth giving it a go. The tin fits perfectly inside the Dutch Oven and I’m delighted with the results. The tin is a good quality and the price is very reasonable.The order arrived promptly and was well packaged.
