“Well made and easy to clean. Use it for baking sourdough as I have a few customers who prefer a ‘traditional loaf tin’ loaf. I can fit 4 of these tins in my oven at one time! To make a “Dutch oven effect” I put a second tin on top for the first 20 mins , which allows steam to generate, therefore bread rises well.”
“The tins are a very different aspect to my existing tins that I have had for several years. They function fine, but as they are a folded construction, they do get dough stuck in the corners that is difficult to clean out. I don't think I will buy this sort of tin again, although the loaves are a better shape for sandwiches.”
