“First ingredient on the list is 'turnip'. This was on the ingredients in the web description, but I didn't read that carefully, as I thought I was buying a quality product. From reading elsewhere, the turnip is coloured to resemble something more exotic, but it's not highly regarded by discerning bakers, and I didn't use it. I contacted Bakery Bits Customer Services, expressing my disappointment, which was compounded by the fact that I received no response from them whatsoever. It's ironic that customers are pestered to provide feedback on purchases, but Customer Services don't bother getting back, as stated in their policy.
Anyway, I have to say that this is the first disappointment that I have had from quite a few purchases from Bakery Bits, whose service has previously been exemplary.”
