“Looked beautiful and certainly saved time chopping candied peel up so small and evenly BUT looking at list of ingredients (and this is nothing to do with Bakerybits!) it was made up of candied orange peel and ‘blushed turnip’ which sounds a bit like a cheap alternative to real candied peel. Also the panettone recipe on the Bakerybits website (great by the way!) required two jars which would have been nice to be noted on the website.”
“I love this, it was to make my panettone look particularly gorgeous, then I found I could not purchase a panettone baking pan, or papers other than the tiny ones, DownUnder or from anywhere in the world that did not want to charge anything up to $150 to ship. I wanted in life was an Alan Silverwood 7" tin to bake my panettone in. No luck, (sad face) but I do have the gorgeous rainbow mix and I will use it with joy in other sweet doughs.”
