“Looked beautiful and certainly saved time chopping candied peel up so small and evenly BUT looking at list of ingredients (and this is nothing to do with Bakerybits!) it was made up of candied orange peel and ‘blushed turnip’ which sounds a bit like a cheap alternative to real candied peel. Also the panettone recipe on the Bakerybits website (great by the way!) required two jars which would have been nice to be noted on the website.”
“I was disappointed to see that there was only orange peel and turnip in this mix which I had expected to be mixed fruits. Having said that the end result was reasonable, but in future I will buy candied fruits and chop and mix them myself”

“I don't usually like candied peel but this has made me think again. This Christmas I've made Panettone for the first time and I used this rainbow candied peel. It's absolutely delicious, and I suspect I won't be eating shop bought Panettone again. Must try the other candied peels in this range!”
