“This knife has replaced a more expensive product which could no longer cope with crusty sourdough. When I purchased the knife, I was not aware it was a Solingen product, so I was chuffed to discover that it is. The knife glides through the most robust crusts. If your hands are affected by arthritis, this knife makes slicing much easier and safer. But beware the sharp edge when cleaning the blade.”
