“I ordered ordered some saf gold to try a panettone at Christmas, using spelt flour. Superb rise during fermentation, proofing and in the oven produced a panettone looking just like the shop products. Great texture and taste too. As the 500g pack is a big quantity for the amount of baking I do, I also tried it in a non-enriched spelt loaf and, hey presto, brilliant results with that too.”
