“Having learned about Bakery Bits from a friend I joined in and ordered a selection of flours including Marriages Strong Stoneground Wholemeal Flour, which came in strong packaging. The resulting dough, which I made in my bread machine, looked promising and so it proved (no pun intended) with a farmhouse loaf of good texture and excellent flavour and some crusty rolls. Next time I'll try traditional the method of making my dough. I will certainly be ordering more in future.”
