“Really like this flour as it produces really tasty light and fluffy bread. Stoneground flour seems to becoming difficult to source so to have a 16 kilo sack is great for availability and consistency.
By comparison, I bought whole meal bread flour from a supermarket to tide me over, made some dough, then discarded it after the first prove because it was so dense. Not the case with this flour it just feels right, proves and rises well, and bakes nicely.
