Mathews white Spelt flour, I've been using it for the past 12 months mixed with Mathews Cotswold Crunch bakes a fabulous loaf every time, I'd definitely recommend this for exceptional results

Have used this flour for spelt sourdough for years. Always achieves a reasonable oven spring, though not quite as good as a strong bread flour. I add 10% wholemeal spelt for extra taste.

Love this flour so easy to use no problems with it, I can recommend Mathews white Spelt, I also use Mathews Cotswold Crunch and alternate between the two....also I'd like to say thank you to BakeryBits I've been using them for a while now never let me down
