I’ve been adding this to my sourdough starters and it has made an amazing difference - much more vigorous action. Also including some in the sourdough flour mix and this helps the sourdough maintain shape when cooking.

I bought this flour to try out the taste the taste was different but was okay, I can’t say that it’s going to be on my list every time I order-but I may try the flour again. It’s definitely worth giving it a try it’s obviously a heavier flour it definitely gives a distinctive taste.

I love the flour. I add it to my white sourdouugh bread to keep it fresh for longer. It makes bread taste so lovely. I've attempted to make a rye loaf once, it came out a bit flat like all of them do. But it tasted so good!

Used 50/50 with some white flour. Made a lovely loaf.
