As always with any flour from Matthews this is a first class products. I use a combination of rye with wheat for a number of different breads (smoked bacon with red onion a favourite).

Used this last week and it made a lovely seeded 100% rye loaf. Great crumb and lovely taste. Would deff by again.

I mainly use rye flour to feed my sourdough starter and this flour is good quality and value. I have made a rye loaf using this flour and the flavour was really nice. I will reorder this product.

I use Matthews Dark Rye flour for my sourdough starter and to make a rye loaf with orange and coriander. My starter is "lively" and the rye loaf is very flavoursome. I enjoy using flours that have lots of flavour and Bakery Bits provide an excellent choice of these, thank you.
