“I have to admit to being very sceptical but was so fed up with soggy crusts and I thought that all of the possitive feedbacks cant be all porkies so I bought the cloche. Have used it 3 times and its a revelation my only complaint is the bread is so good I am eating too much and my new year resolutions for watching my weight have gone out of the window before we are half way through January.I am not a very experienced baker and I use a poolish dough and I would never have believed the differance the cloche has made, so I say if you like good homemade bread save your pennies and buy a cloche you will never regret it . I am 70 and saw some comments about its weight I did not find it a problen I just took out the top shelf before heating the oven and I could take the lid off first so halving the weight .”
