Works a treat! I've been using it to bake sourdough loaves and have been really impressed with the results. It seems to give a consistently good oven rise. It fits in a standard size oven which is good. It was a Christmas treat but well worth the money so far!

So far so good, have baked several sourdough loaves, with reasonable success, although I'm still very much a novice and feel I still have a lot to learn! Overall, very pleased with the quality of the cloche, it get very very hot which I believe is important when baking bread.

Only baked a couple of loaves so far but very pleased with the outcome. I’m a bit more of a experienced baker and wanted this for getting a better crust whilst baking at home. I was pleasantly surprised how crusty the loaves turn out; almost as good as using the professional ovens at work. I have noticed a slight increase in the oven spring compared to not using the baking cloche. Would 100% recommend

When we removed this from the oven the first time the loaf inside bore no resemblance to anything I’d made before! The oven spring was huge and the crust was amazing. I use it for all my loaves, sourdough and a countryish white loaf. Only issue is the bread disappears too quickly now!

Have used this on and off for a few months, maybe 10 uses total? On my last use the base cracked in half in the oven and is now unusable. Such a waste of money, bought this to upgrade from using a pyrex dish but should have saved the money.
