Forget pouring water into a roasting tin in the bottom of your oven - this dome does a better job, with no fuss. Have used it with plain white, walnut, and sourdough loaves, and in all cases got my best results ever.

I bought this for a friend who is a keen baker and he was delighted with it. Quick delivery, well packaged and good value. Would definitely recommend.

Because the cloche was made in the US the recipes are in US terms and to British cooks make little sense. Fortunately I have access to a US measuring 'cup' so can translate the amounts back into English ounces and fluid ounces. Could you not send an email to those buying the cloche explaining what a 'cup of flour'# and a 'cup of water' are imperial and metric terms? This wold be a great help.
