I am learning how to make sour dough bread from an article by Hugh Fernley-Wittingstall which was published in The Guardian. I was getting a very edible, enjoyable loaf, but the results are greatly improved by the Cloche. I have a better rise now and the bread now cooks evenly in my fan-assisted oven. It is moister with a lovely softer crust. So glad I have it! Thank you

When I received my baking cloche it came with instruction about how to season the cloche, which I duly did, but having said that the results I have achieved so far have been less that I expected when I brought the cloche and the reviews I read.
