“Having used a cast iron pot with lid for some time, I found it was difficult to get the loaf in and out when hot. I therefore decided to invest in a La Cloche Baking Dome, which I am so pleased with. It is easy to load and unload the loaf as the base is nice and shallow, and it cooks the bread better than the casserole. It is also much lighter to handle which is particularly useful when hot. All in all, a very good buy.”
