“We've only done one loaf, which worked well. The crust was crisp, the loaf had a good flavour, and the crumb was chewy. The dome was easy to clean (slightly less easy to store, inevitably, as it's quite bulky) but we'd like to try putting the dough onto the cold tray as recommended by the manufacturers. (We also bought some fresh yeast, a great bonus since we find it very difficult to buy it fresh.)”
