As delivery was only a few days ago I have only used the cloche once. I used it having let the dough rise in the cloche and then placed it in the cold oven. I removed the lid after about 25 minutes and then continued without the lid. I was very satisfied with the result. I was hesitant to try heating the cloche prior to baking on my first attempt.”
