Just not getting on with this. What am I missing? Can't get the dough out of the proving basket, and the bread seems to need much longer in the oven. Quite disappointed, wish I hadn't bought it

After lots of failures with sourdough mainly due to using tap water, I have now changed to using bottled water with a low chlorine level. This helped for a while but I feel I have not been feeding my starter as much as I should. However, my last loaf using the La Cloche Baking Dome has produced a lovely crusty loaf!
