“This made a well flavoured loaf in a bread machine, however it was rather dense and did not rise well. This was probably due to my never having used a bread machine before and I need to tweek the recipe.”
“One of the best wholemeal flours I have tried. I have used it straight and combined with a strong white flour for sourdough bread. It produces a soft and light loaf bursting with flavour. Highly recommend.
