“I am a recent convert to French flour and can't believe the difference it makes. I have a breadmaker which would always turn out bricks, unless I used all white. French flour has transformed my baking, full size, airy loaves, using three quarters wholemeal an one white. Absolutely wonderful! Quick delivery too an excellent communication.”

“I make sourdough bread with it, and it tastes delicious and rises well. I'm experimenting with it as I've been gluten free for the past couple of years but I have been told recently that quite a few people who are GF can eat the french traditional non-hybridised wheat without it being a problem. I haven't noticed any problems eating this bread, except it's so delicious I tend to eat more than I should.”
