“First time user of this flour and I will find it difficult to change now. The dough is great to work with, rises beautifully. Made bread in my pizza oven in a cast iron pot and result was impressive. Made baguettes in the oven and again impressive results.
The biggest selling point is the taste!
Note: Not a white flour, so the results tend to be a somewhat denser bread, but again the taste is superb”
