A masterpiece. This was my transition from small bags of supermarket brand flour, to a dedicated stock of reliable everyday bread flour. It’s a phenomenal change. Texture, colour, crumb, crust, smell. And the service was fab, even with the panic buying and sudden boom in the baking hobby market.

Exceptionally surprised by this T80. Mixed with spelt and normal strong flour gave a very elastic dough to work. Surprising texture that made Avery light and aerated bread. (30% white spelt 30% T80 30% marriage white 68% hydration)

I bought this because it was the only white bread flour I could find at the time. Have been using for sourdough loaves. I will definitely be re-ordering as the flavour is so delicious and complex.

Just loving using these flours especially with the sassasfras dome I also bought. My bread making has gone up a level.
