“Excellent tasting flour. Being lower protein it does not absorb water as well as higher protein flours so adjusting hydration of normal recipes may be required, but overall it is very nice. I usually do 75% for baguettes, I am going to lower this to 65% and see how it goes.”
“Product good as described. However when it arrived cardboard packaging was ripped in one corner and soaking wet. Luckily the inner paper packaging was able to prevent the flour from getting wet. Can I suggest that the packets of flour are wrapped in a plastic bag first.”
