“Recently I ordered some flour and yeast in order to try a croissant recipe posted by Bakery Bits. The delivery arrived and was left on my front door step on a day when it rained heavily for most of the day with strong winds. The packaged was completely sodden when I got home and the flour packs damp. Not great for storing the flour! The package could have been left in the dry under the end of our carport less than 6 feet away.”
