“I have been making bread for some years but wasn't ever happy with the results using bakers yeast after lots of research I started making my own yeast and then discovered that after 1944 the government requires all UK milled flours contain many extra vitamins which can effect the end result, this is why I ordered the above french flour.
Have now successfully grown a yeast from my new flour and the results are amazing with a true french crust.
Will definitely be ordering others to try.
