“Wow at last I've found a good sized and shaped loaf tin, my loaves usually turn out like long mushroom shaped bread that I can't really do a lot with except eat as is. I couldn't put the sandwiches in the sandwich maker as they overhang the sides and the fillings don't really fit the slice of bread, but my bread is turning out like proper bread shape just like you get from the bakers shop”

First bake of sour dough went well. I love the shape and they're easy to clean. I used my normal bake times with good results, but the bread needed a little persuasion to come out. No foul language needed just a poke down the side with a thin spatula.
In fairness, sourdough is sticky stuff and the tins are not sold as "non-stick" and may need a few bakes to season the surface to my liking.
The aluminium alloy used seems to be of a very good quality and they give me that feeling, that I'll be using these pans for a long long time.

“Been a little disappointed, I have oiled appropriately and can not get the bottom of my loaf to release. No changes from normal routine, going back to non stick”
