“When will you people stop calling "tin" loaf tins "farmhouse" They are nothing like traditional Farmhouse tins. A traditional farmhouse tin is approximately 24cm long with rounded corners and is approximately 8 cm high. I think having grown up and worked in the family bakery from 1949 thru to 1967 handling these tins I should Know. They also had the word FARMHOUSE stamped into the sides of the tins, the same as Hovis tins had HOVIS stamped on their's. Try and get it right!”
