“I've had this tin for over a year and it worked very well to begin with and seemed to bake the loaf slightly quicker than a similar USA Pan tin that I have as well. Unfortunately the non-stick coating started coming off around the rim of the tin making it very difficult to remove the loaf after baking. I have now had to stop using this tin as it would leave flecks of the non-stick coating embedded in the outside of the loaf.”

“I have a perforated baking tray for Baguettes, which produces satisfactory crusty bread without having to add water to the oven. BakeryBits advertised the bread pan at a very competitive price. I am very pleased with the bread pan and the cotton bread bag. Delivery as advertised. Would highly recommend this company/business. When the dough rises it can push through the bread pan perforations and when baked the bread takes a little persuasion to leave the pan. This can be achieved by tapping the base of the pan or run a cloth along the base to break the protruding bits. Niece crusty bread baked, in 35 minutes without adding water to the oven.”
