“I used to line my loaf tin with silicone paper to ensure easy extraction. Not any more: non-stick really works. At last somebody has had the foresight to make a 3lb version”

“I recently bought the 3lb and 4lb tins. I used 1000g of flour to make a loaf that just filled the larger one; 1200g would give a higher loaf. Everything worked fine but I found out that an extra 5 mins in the oven, without the tin, would improve the result.”
