I wanted a traditional loaf pan with high sides to minimise the mushroom effect. These pans are ideal and the loaves come straight out, although I did lightly grease first. They are well made and should last years.

Great tin, heavy and well made. Produces a great crust and big slices of bread. So good that I purchased another one straight away. Can't get better than that.

After having some initial troubles with heavy bread and asking a question on here (which I'm unable to reply to) I have made a loaf of bread worthy of being eaten. My problem was caused by my oven, temps are way out and I found that by baking the loaf at a lower temp, the bread rose better and baked perfectly. This was using 1kg of dough. Now I have my bread sorted, I've ordered a 2nd tin so I can double up at baking time. I love a big tin so you can make a big loaf for decent sized sandwiches.
