I've only had this a few weeks and used it 3 times, once for a 3lbs loaf and twice for 2lbs., and each time the bread has been a handy size and just slipped out of the pan(I oiled the pan every time). I scoured shops and internet to find a deep pan that wasn't too big, and at last I've found one. Fully satisfied with product and service received from Bakery Bits.”
