Superb sharp knife, the curved tip is much better than a straight blade. The blade is sharp and stiff enough to cope with the crustiest sourdough loaf. Best bread knife I have ever had and the service fro Bakery Bits was excellent too.

This is a great bread knife. Looks smart, but more importantly it does the job. I made little soft rolls, which were springy and steamy, and it easily cut through them. (Yes, I ate them hot; don’t judge me) And it handles crusty loaves well, slicing through not just the upper crust with ease but also the bottom crust, thanks to the curved profile - this is a big improvement on our previous straight-bladed knife.

Excellent knife. So much better than my old one. I particularly like the curved cutting edge which seems to make cutting through the bottom crust easier.
