“This is a great bread knife. Looks smart, but more importantly it does the job. I made little soft rolls, which were springy and steamy, and it easily cut through them. (Yes, I ate them hot; don’t judge me) And it handles crusty loaves well, slicing through not just the upper crust with ease but also the bottom crust, thanks to the curved profile - this is a big improvement on our previous straight-bladed knife.”
