“I have not yet been able to turn out the dough from this banneton without it sticking. I have used the liner that I bought with it and a linen tea towel both flouted really well. I make three loaves two in cane and this one which I bought because the others had sold out, the dough proved in the cane turns out straight away without and residue all made from the same batch. If this had been my only banneton I would have given up baking as it is very frustrating when all the work put in is ruined.”
