“Love this, so much easier to use than my old wicker type banneton. Very well made strong thick material. The flour stays in the grooves at the side very nicely. Chiefly its sooo easy to clean.
I ordered the wrong size for my day 2 day baking. I needed the next size up which I shall be ordering soon. if you're using 500g flour or 1kg split then this is too small :-)”
