I’m using both, and the linen lining on the basket leaves a lovely light imprint, whilst also making it so easy to get the dough from proving into the cooking container. I don’t know how long it will last, but it looks good value to me, and it doesn’t cost the earth (responding to the point about the free orange box). It’s the lining that makes the difference I reckon.”
