“I really like the small sourdough boules I can produce with this. Dough comes out with ease- unless it's high hydration and/or it's kept a long time in the fridge. In this case heavier flouring with some bran helps. I haven't had the loaf ruining stuckness from bannetons. You won't get a pattern.”
