I'm very happy with my whisk. It's sturdily made and easy and effective to use. I used it to make banana bread and it easily blended in the ripe bannanas. It also made light work of mixing bread dough. A pleasure to use.

Dough whisk has just arrived and not due to make my Sour Dough bread until tomorrow but have used it for Banana bread made with my excess sour dough starter and already wish I had discovered this kitchen tool years ago - Many thanks Bakery Bits (also for the great service)

An ideal tool for mixing in flour and water to sourdough starters & for the initial mixing of ingredients prior to kneeding - saves sticky hands (but only temporarily!)

Bought this for my husband, an avid bread maker. It arrived before Christmas and his face lit up when he saw it on Christmas Morning. You’d have thought I’d bought him a Rolex watch. He’s used it several times since and continually raves about how delighted he is with it. I think there may be something wrong inside his head – but he’s happy. Thank you Bakery Bits

I bought the large size last week and, whilst I have yet to make proper bread, I have used it to make banana bread. It whisked the melted butter and sugar together no problem, the eggs were incorporated without even looking as if they would curdle (and with NO EFFORT on my part - a first!), the bananas were easily broken down and the flour and other ingredients thoroughly mixed in and did not require more than a couple of minutes work from start to finish. The result was highly edible but the making of it was unbelievably easy. As you can tell, I'm impressed. I am looking forward to some bread making as I hope it will be handy for the wetter mixes in the beginning at least. I may have to get the smaller size as well - be useful for the sourdough pot. I'm going to be thinking up various baking challenges for this really rather excellent product!
