“Really easy to use but gets harder the more the ingredients come together and fiddly to clean properly but I am still using it. Have tried using just the wooden end to mix the dough and it worked a treat, maybe all we need is a stick !!!”
“Bought both sizes as they are so much better for mixing both dry flours and particularly starters. They are very sturdy and well made, fitting comfortably in the hand. Much less waste than mixing with a spoon or spatula as less gets stuck to the surface. Highly recommended.”
