I add 1-2 grams of Barley malt to 500 gram flour in wholemeal bread. Gives richness and beautiful color.

The barley flour is great! I get lots of comments for my bread. I will definitely order again. I was especially impressed by the plastic free packaging. Even the tape was paper.

Roasted Barley Malt floor. Just add a desert spoon to your Rye flour mix. And it's tastes just like the German Black Bread that I remember as a child.

So far we have not found the taste as malty as we hoped. But early days and not expensive
