“The liner is a generous size and easy to put on and remove from the banneton. The only thing I am not too keen on is the very stretchy knitted fabric, as it sits high and shapeless in the banneton, and I find it awkward when dusting with flour. My previous liner was made of a woven cloth and tailored to the banneton shape, which for me was easier.
Having said this, this is still a good practical liner, the dough comes away neatly and the fabric is easy to clean”
