“The fabric is a different texture to the ones I've had before but the release was the best. No sticking and stretching and a nice smooth dough. I'm very happy with the results and the fact that I bought a spare one as well.”
“tbh i dont use them to line - I wet them and use as a banneton 'lid', before wrapping everything in a dishtowel and putting the fridge to ferment. I think they feel a bit tight to be a liner - but they might stretch when the dough was in.”
