“Having used your cane bannetons for a number of years I decided to buy the liners to use with them. The reason being is that I always leave my dough to do its final prove in the fridge overnight and sometimes the moisture causes the dough to stick. I'very only used the liner once so far but was amazed at how it slipped beautifully out into my La Cloche, producing a perfectly shaped loaf. Although you don't get the lovely lines as much as without the liner, I wholeheartedly recommend the product for taking the stress out of turning out the dough.”
