“Fist bought a small sample of Diaz to try. It made my spurdpugh crumb lighter, this led to a larger purchase. Great product does what it says”

“Ordered the Diax flour from Bakery Bits, took a few days for them to dispatch the parcel but once it was in the system it didn't take long for it to be delivered, with tracking too! When using the Diax your dough rises more and it also gives you a great crust on your loaf Will be using again.”
